May 1, 2007 Well the last five months alot has happened. As some of you know our dog Jasmine was diagnosed with cancer last November. She went though alot and the treatments gave her for the most part 4 pain free months before losing her battle on April 13. This is the 1st time in about 28 years that Linda & I haven't had any dogs bouncing around our house...we plan on giving a home to 2 new friends after a little healing...life does go on, but it takes its toll. Racing was put on hold between Jasmine's problems and Linda's work. We were going to go up to Kokomo this past Sunday for a practice but I wasn't up for it. We plan to be out by mid month probably with both the sprint & Stealth midget...there are lots of places to run within a 3-hour drive. I'll have more updates soon, DOK |
